As I laid down to sleep I carefully placed my fresh broken tooth under my pillow in hopes to make a quick extra buck. It was never explained to me that the tooth fairy wasn't real and I honestly believed that there was a magical woman out there that searched under people's pillows at night in search for teeth. With a candle light in the background and receiving a sloppy wet kiss from my dog Butter I was eager to wake up tomorrow as it would be my first day in the office.

I wrapped my muscular arms around Butter and pulled my soft green blanket over my cold shivering body. This blanket was a very special gift that I received from my girlfriend in college which had the sentence "The swingers of the past, will become the swingers of the future" sown into the top cover in big bold golden letters. This was to remind myself of them truly exciting and amazing days of being a student at college. Getting drunk and going to bed in the early hours of the morning was a common thing for me. My life now is very different as I go to bed at 10pm and I drink maybe once a month if I am lucky.

The girlfriend I had during college was like myself, we were swingers back then and we often skipped class to devote our time to meeting up with other swingers in the area to have some forbidden fun. To this day I never knew what happened to my former girlfriend as she just suddenly disappeared one day without a word. Nobody knew where she went and I had no contact details to her parents so I couldn't have asked them. My first love became also my last love as I have not dated a single woman since my college years and that is almost 10 years ago now. I am however a very happy man because I have a great job, fantastic friends and an unbelievable companionship with my dog Butter. There is no denying it would make my life complete if I managed to find another woman that I truly cared for. I have nothing but time and I am willing to wait as long as it takes for the special woman to enter my life again. Until then I wish everyone out there that they find true happiness and they should never take life for granted as it could end at any moment.
